Zr-V-Fe Getter is a new type of non-evaporable getter. Its most notable characteristic is that it can be activated in low temperature to get excellent gettering performance. Zr-V-Fe getter can be used together with Evaporable Getter to improve gettering performance. It can also play a unique role in devices that do not allow the use of Evaporable Getter. The getter is widely used in stainless steel vacuum insulation vessels, traveling wave tubes, camera tubes, X-ray tubes, vacuum switch tubes, plasma melting equipment, solar energy collecting tubes, industrial dewar, oil-recording devices, proton accelerators, and electric lighting products. We can not only supply tablets getter and strip getter, but also produced according to customers demands.

Suggested Activation Conditions |
|
Zr-V-Fe getter can be activated during the heating and exhaust process of thermal containers, or by high frequency heating loop, laser, radiant heat, and other means. Please check Tab.1 for the suggested activation conditions and PIC 5 for the getter sorption characteristic curve. |

Caution |
|
The environment to store getter shall be dry and clean, and relative humidity lower than 75%, and temperature lower than 35℃, and no corrosive gases. Once the original packing has been opened, getter shall be used up soon and usually it shall not be exposed to the ambient atmosphere more than 24 hours. Prolonged storage of getter after the original packing has been opened shall be always in containers under vacuum or in a dry atmosphere.
